2. Hand Selected VDA Candidates

Our VDAs are vetted and experienced in the design industry. They typically niche down into their specific skill set which are generally categorized into 4 areas; admin, creative, marketing and proservices. Many of our VDAs are able to provide multiple services & tasks in overlapping areas. We’ll review your studio needs and select the best VDA candidates who we think will be a great fit for you.

3. Connect with a VDA

After you receive an email introduction to your potential VDA, you’ll be able to connect one-on-one and see if it’s the right match. Your free discovery call is the perfect time to learn more about their expertise and how they can integrate into your workflow.

4. Get Started!

As easy as you can say CAD - get started with your VDA. Once we have received all the necessary paperwork, you will be free to begin onboarding your VDA as you see fit. Need an additional hand? No problem. You are free to work with as many VDAs as you’d like. Have your needs changed? Also not a problem! If you decide you need to work with another or a new VDA we’d be happy to send you additional candidates for you to review.
